Whitesands Hotel, surf lodge yurt & tipi camping group accommodation at Sennen in Lands End offers exclusive packages that are specifically designed to cater for cycling, climbing & surfing recreational breaks, hens, stags, & students parties and even the more sedate holidays for schools, scouts & guides groups. We do not mix large groups together for obvious reasons, that way you decide at what time you want to go to bed or get up without disturbing other people or them disturbing you that's the beauty of having the place exclusively to yourselves!
Our two night group & school packages cater on a half or full board basis from 24 - 43 guests staying on site with exclusive hire of all or part of our hotel, surf lodge, yurt or tipi camping accommodation, restaurant, bar & outside areas. Half board Options 1,2 & 3 includes full English breakfast on both mornings, a buffet on the night of arrival, party BBQ on your last night as well as half price drinks or FREE non alcoholic drinks for the under 18's to get the party started, or choose Full board options 4,5 & 6 which includes a packed lunch on both days if you don't want the hassle of catering at all for your group (especially schools, scouts & guides clubs) whilst on holiday.
There is a beautiful walled garden with raised deck & palm trees, an outside bar & BBQ area to watch the fantastic sunsets from and where you get the best views of the fireworks displays at Lands End which are a regular event throughout August whilst sat around camp fires playing guitars or just watching the stars.
We even supply a music system in the party yurt for you to play your iPods through and if you're hiring one of the packages which includes the hotel accommodation we have a 1000 watt pa system for you to dance till the early hours in the restaurant as well as a baby grand piano for all you budding musicians!
There's a fantastic surfing beach within 10 minutes walk, we're near the South West coastal path, with fantastic places to climb nearby and the Smart Surf School or Sennen Surf School can arrange discounted packages for our groups, as well as deep sea fishing, go karting etc. which is on our "Attractions & Activities" page. We have 2 local pubs which have regular entertainment on a weekend and if you're missing the city lights there are nightclubs open until 4am in nearby Penzance which is 8 miles away.
