WORKSHOPS / STUDIO HIRE / WINTER RETREATS / COMING SOON

Our beautiful studio/workshop space is available to hire on an hourly, daily or weekly, residential or non-residential basis.

It is a wooden-floored, light, bright, warm space, 21ft x 18ft, set apart from our guest house with large french windows leading out into its own private garden area.

We can house up to 37 people on site ( see previous page for details ) approxiamtely 15-20 campers in our tent space and there are other B&B's locally should they be needed. We are experienced in vegetarian/vegan catering, and have a self-catering kitchen for group's use also.

Although we are a guest house and hostel as well as a workshop host, most of those who work for us have been involved in various areas of personal development - attending, running and hosting groups - for several years. We have already hosted very successful yoga, tantra, women's retreats, Native American and drum workshops, and are hoping to attract more and more groups in the future.

We try to encourage workshop bookings outside the busy Easter and summer holiday periods. In these quieter times it is normally possible to arrange exclusive use of the guest house and restaurant areas for your group.

The studio can also be used, outside of workshop times, by guests wishing to meditate or practice yoga, tai chi or whatever - so we are an ideal base for both individual and group retreats.

We are situated in an area of strong earth energies - many connections to past legends, and civilisations, still-used sacred sites, and the most inspirational landscape; all of which enhance the feel of Whitesands itself, and the "work" you can do here.

Earth Connections With Pat & Eloha, 7th - 14th June
During this week long workshop you will visit many of the sacred sites, including holy wells - steeped in Goddess energy; stone cicles and quoits, unspoilt beaches and more... At the sites we use ritual, processes and meditation to open the joy of our connection to Earth, our bodies and our Selves. There will be dancing, drumming, bonfires on the beach, pinics, channeling and even time for retail therapy!
